Shelter and Housing: Provides emergency shelter and transitional housing to homeless men. On-site services include case management assessment and service planning; outpatient and day treatment for substance abuse and outpatient mental health treatment; life skills and employment readiness workshops;as well as food, clothing, and personal care items. Counseling Clinic: Offers outpatient treatment as well as limited psychiatric consultation, referrals to medical providers and connection with community-based recovery supports. Services are available through a referral from the Guest House shelter and are also open to community members with certain Medicaid plans. Solution-focused, case management model.
