Psychiatric Hospital: Offering inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for mental health and substance abuse issues. St. Luke's South Shore Hospital: Psychiatric unit is located within a general hospital setting. Offers mental health, substance abuse and dual diagnosis services. Programs include detox and inpatient mental health treatment. Specialized programs for geriatric population and addictions. Partial hospitalization.
Outpatient Services: Mental health clinics providing mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment. Multidisciplinary staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists and state licensed therapists. Individual and group therapy available to patients of all ages. Multiple locations.
Adult Substance Abuse Program: Following a comprehensive assessment, clinicians match each patient's circumstances and level of motivation with an effective treatment intervention. Inpatient services provide medical detoxification. Day programs offer intensive treatment alternatives that enable individuals to remain active in their lives. Residential program provides additional structure for patients who are having difficulty with abstinence.
Adult Program: Addresses individual patient and family needs for adults seeking treatment for affective and behavioral problems. Provides treatment for a wide variety of psychiatric symptoms, behavioral difficulties and diagnosis including: depression, co-existing chemical dependency issues, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, dissociative disorders, and thought or mood disorders. Levels of care iclude: inpatient, observation unit, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.
Child and Adolescent Program: Provides patients, ages 3-18, with a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment and is designed to address individual and family needs. Treats children and adolescents experiencing a wide variety of psychiatric symptoms, behavioral difficulties and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, suicidal behavior self-harmful behaviors, co-existing behaviors, chemical dependency and Attention Deficit Disorder. Uses individual, group and family therapy as well as medication management. Levels of care include inpatient and partial hospitalization.
Child and Adolescent Day Program: Provides services for children ages 5 - 14. Services include group therapy, individual and family therapy, social skills training and medication management. Treatment is in collaboration with the child's outpatient providers and school.
Eating Disorders Program: Treatment programs for both adults and adolescents who are struggling with disordered eating.
