Wisconsin United for Mental Health, Mental Health America of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board with the support of the Charles E. Kubly Foundation are offering a free seminar for businesses, managers, supervisors, and HR professionals to address mental health issues in the at work, how to support and promote the mental health of your employees and improve your company’s bottom line.

There is no-cost for the program and a continental breakfast is provided.

Attendees will become familiar with resources that will help them:

  • Promote mental health in the workplace.
  • Recognize when there may be a mental health issue with an employee.
  • Address employees who are showing performance and emotional or mental health issues.
  • Locate resources, finding assistance, and offering “suggested” reasonable accommodations for employees.
  • Assist an employee to create a plan for success at work
