FREE to the General Public.

For adults, families & friends grieving the loss of someone due to death.

Guilt touches every inch of our lives, dictating our moods, actions and thoughts, especially in grief.

Why do the "Shoulds," "Coulds," and "If Onlys" come to us at night? Join us as we wrestle with this difficult part of grief to explore these issues and learn some strategies for releasing the guilt that may be holding us back from healing.
